We can produce systems in a variety of laser wavelengths and power levels to meet the needs of your specific project. We offer stand-alone lasers and workstations through complete production line integrations.
Our most commonly used systems are pulsed fiber lasers for marking. These types of lasers offer several distinct advantages over traditional Lamp Laser, DPSS Nd:YAG and Nd:YVO4 (Vanadate) systems:
The MTBF on our fiber laser sources is rated for a minimum of 100,000 hours of use where as the maximum MTBF of 20,000 hours as rated Nd:YVO4 based systems.
We produce standard and fully customized workstations, turn-key integrated work cells, rotary tables, indexing stations, & palletized conveyor (race track) work cell/line spur setups for increased productivity.
Our integration models support 4 axis motion control and have an additional 14 input and 14 output for seamless automation. This enables greatly simplified integration, without the use of PLCs in many cases. Our laser systems are the fastest and most integratable systems on the market.
Our systems have a maximum operating temperature of 113°F compared to ~95°F.
